SARAH PRITCHETT, ASP®, IAHSP®

Sarah is the owner and head principal designer at New Edge Staging, based in Austin, TX. Home staging allows her to apply her expertise and innate skills in the areas of color, finishes, materials, and space planning to assist homeowners and listing agents in the preparation of their property. 

 

Sarah taught kindergarten in Round Rock ISD for 5 years and would often find herself organizing, decluttering, and rearranging her classroom. She knew her heart was in the classroom but also felt the need to unleash her creative side, so she started learning more about the staging process and how important it is in the real estate market. When she realized this was her calling, she started New Edge Staging and soon began to help friends and family stage their homes. With a fresh and unique perspective, Sarah is excited, passionate, and eager to help you sell your home and truly allow all home buyers to imagine their families in it.
